• Free over €99 (excludes bulky items)
• Orders before 4 PM Mon–Fri ship same day
• Weekend orders ship Monday (or Tuesday if bank holiday)
• Delivery in 1–3 working days (Ireland)
• Allow extra time during Christmas season

• Some Occasion Wear has a €10 packaging fee

Returns Policy (Online Orders)
• Return within 14 days for a refund
• Items must be unused with tags & packaging
• Return items free to our shop – no postage
• Christening/Occasion Wear: return in 7 days
• We don’t offer exchanges – reorder if needed
• Final Sale (60%+ off) items are non-returnable
