🚚 DELIVERY:

Ireland

  • Tracked delivery: €5.95 (An Post)
  • FREE on orders over €99
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday)
  • Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days (Ireland). Up to 12 business days during Christmas

Please note that deliveries during the 🎄 festive season may take longer!

 

EU Flat Rate: €10 (5-12 business days)

Italy: €14 (15-21 business days)

USA: €12 (7-21 business days)

Some destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes (e.g., UK and non-EU countries). If import charges are applied by your destination country, payment is your responsibility. Cotton Kids is not responsible for these charges.

  • Ready for collection the next working day from our store in Dunshaughlin.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order number (check spam or promotions folder too).

ONLINE RETURNS:

We are happy to refund any item within 14 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind.

*Christening and Occasion Wear - if for any reason you want to return it, please pack it carefully and send it back ASAP or within 7 working days.

Sorry, but we do not offer an exchange, please make a new order.

Please make sure your items are returned NEW, UNUSED and with its original packaging and designer garment TAGS still attached. We cannot accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label.

Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. 

Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Please note that Final Sale Items (60% and over in reductions) can not be returned or exchanged, they have been reduced in price for this reason.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Please keep your proof of postage.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns. 

    In-Store Purchases Return Policy

    14 Days for Exchange or Store Credit
    • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
    • All garment tags must remain attached.
    Gift Exchange
    • Available within 28 days of purchase with a valid gift receipt.

    Christening & Occasion Wear In-Store Purchases

    Due to the unique nature of christening and occasion wear, and as a small business with limited stock:

    • No returns are accepted for these garments when purchased in-store.
    • We provide changing facilities in-store for you to try on items before purchasing.

    Please note: Once purchased, no returns will be accepted for these items.
