  • Tracked delivery: €6.50 (An Post)
  • FREE on orders over €99
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday)
  • Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days (Ireland). Up to 12 business days during Christmas

1. "Occasion Wear Packaging Charge"

Certain occasion wear items require special packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For these specific items, an €10 packaging charge is automatically applied at checkout. "Occasion Wear Packaging Charge"

2. "Free delivery excluded"

While we offer free delivery on orders over €99, certain oversized or bulky items (such as backpacks, large gift sets, etc.) are excluded due to higher shipping costs. These items are marked at checkout with the note “Free delivery excluded.” Tracked delivery: €6.50 (An Post)

We aim to keep delivery costs fair and transparent while continuing to offer excellent value across the store.

EU Flat Rate: €15 (5-12 business days)

Italy: €18 (15-21 business days)

USA: €15 (7-21 business days)

Some destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes (e.g., UK and non-EU countries). If import charges are applied by your destination country, payment is your responsibility. Cotton Kids is not responsible for these charges.

ONLINE RETURNS:

We are happy to refund any item within 14 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind.

*Christening and Occasion Wear - if for any reason you want to return it, please pack it carefully and send it back ASAP or within 7 working days.

Sorry, but we do not offer an exchange, please make a new order.

Please make sure your items are returned NEW, UNUSED and with its original packaging and designer garment TAGS still attached. We cannot accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label.

Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. 

Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
