Lightweight and delicate, it is patterned with stripes of fluffy, shiny strands of thread and has pretty, puffed, sheer sleeves with gently elasticated cuffs. The flared skirt has layers of tulle below in turquoise blue, white and neon pink, providing lots of volume and a pop of colour. With a zip fastening on the back, the dress is fully lined for comfort.
